Resident is struggling financially to pay rent and utility expenses and also recover losses from the storm event in Mirboo North. Resident is employed and commutes 300 km per week to work. There is significant debt associated with storm and the end of a violent relationship. Food and fuel vouchers would free finances greatly to allow the resident to work with a financial counsellor and focus on other recovery support needs. Urgent need to free finances to address property safety.
