35-year-old Aboriginal female experiencing financial hardship who has suffered from addiction and been the victim of significant family and domestic violence. She is seeking support with a phone to enable her to reconnect with her children who are in the care of the Department of Communities, and to be able to engage with the support services who are currently assisting her.
