Aged lady chronic OA - struggling financially

79yr old lady, struggling financially with health issues - OA throughout body making fingers deformed. Very anxious and depressed due to situation both financially and physcially.
financial struggles due to increase in rent and cost of living, on Aged pension. not buying quality food due to cost.
Also trying to save for a new fridge and washing machine. the fridge she currently has does not retain the cold in summer and washing machine has rust forming around mechanical parts with it not draining effectively it is over 10 years old.
unable to wash by hand due to her OA. If assistance with some food vouchers to allow her to purchase food and save her own money would be appreciated. or vouchers for retail outlet so she can purchase a new fridge or washing machine would be beneficial. any assistance would make a big difference to this lady.
