TC Alfred destroys everything in man's caravan due to flooding

This applicant resides in a caravan park on the coast. The caravan site is close to the river which flooded during TC Alfred. They were totally flooded out and they could not get back home to the park. When they returned, the gravity of the loss was huge, and they are seeking assistance to replace items that they cannot afford to replace themself.
