My client is an immigrant from Russia with English being her second language, she is a single mum to a teenage son and is a widower. My client is rebuilding her life as a single mum, after her husband's death, she is now on a on a Centrelink benefit and has had to recently pay for her new autism and ADHD diagnosis, due to no services offering bulk billing to rural clients for these assessments. My client has had ongoing health issues that impact on her ability to work fulltime. Most recently my client has had issues with her car, which is adding extra financial burdens onto my client, as she relies on her car to travel to her appointments, with public transport being minimal and unreliable where she lives. My client is appreciative of any support that can be given to assist her through these tough times, with Christmas coming up and needing to rely on her car for herself and son for transport.
