Reached out to see if a replacement washing machine could be submitted, big machine as grandmother does bulk washing for other people to support them in recovery and also own family. Large family stayed with couple after floods for over 2 years and they have now found accomodation. Mobility challenges for both elders, cares for grandchildren on a regular basis.
