A young 19-year-old mother to be is due to give birth in February. Her current mobile phone is outdated, and she is unable to access apps such as My Gov and Centrelink due to its age. Young mother would benefit greatly by having a phone that she can access her Centrelink, Medicare and MyGov and later on, childcare portals from the convenience of her mobile phone. iPhone is preferred.

She is isolated from her family and is experiencing economic hardship. She is excited for her baby and the opportunity to be a mother.
