Young woman is in process of being discharged from hospital to a hospital to home facility 1.5 hours from her local area due to not having a safe and suitable place to live. Her belongings are currently in old accommodation which needs to be removed and stored until suitable housing is found and she can return to local area. If belongings are not removed, she will be charged for boarding and lodging which she cannot afford.
