A father of 2 young boys who has been battling ill health for over a year. He lost his employment early in the year due to being unwell and spent numerous occasions in hospital. His health has improved slightly, and he now needs to provide for himself and his children on Newstart allowance (with a medical exemption.) Unfortunately, this only covers his rental obligations.
This father has shown courage and resilience to research and find supports where he can.
He has very limited family support and is struggling to feed himself and his sons.
He was house sharing, but the previous “house mate” has just moved away and taken a lot of household items and appliances, making life even tougher.
