House Completely underwater in Mid North Coast Floods 2025
2025 NSW Mid North Coast & Hunter Floods
This family's home was completely flooded in the 2025 Mid North Coast Floods. They are a family of a single mum and 3 teenagers. The family are still living in temporary motel accommodation as they are waiting on repairs to their home to be completed. They have not been given a time as to when this will be. There are currently no walls or ceilings in the house. The family are sharing one motel room that has a queen bed and a single bed. One of the kids sleeps on the floor. The room only has a microwave for cooking so the family use the local school canteen to cook their dinners. The family are in need of a hot water service for when they move back into their house.
