Socially isolated client who struggle with mental/physical health and disability is about to made homeless.
The client has no family or friends who can assist, and they have been very unwell, they haven't been able to attend to cleaning of their home and now it needs professional help to restore it to habitable condition. Currently it is impacting their health and safety and if it not clean-up they we be made homeless. The client is committed to keeping the place clean once rectified and will have support to create regular cleaning routines. The client is about to become homeless. Please help restore or client's dignity and keep the roof over their head. The client is working on their mental and psychical health but losing their home will significantly impact their recovery.
