This single mother of four is facing financial hardship after recently losing her job. She is currently doing casual, low-income work while actively pursuing a certificate course to secure stable employment.
After leaving a domestic and family violence situation, the family lost most of their essential belongings. Although the mother initially planned to purchase new mattresses for her children, her current financial situation has made this impossible.
GIVIT has kindly provided three single bed bases, but the children are still sleeping on old mattresses that are unhygienic and infested with bedbugs, lice, and bodily fluids. We are seeking urgent support to provide clean, safe mattresses to improve the children’s health, comfort, and overall wellbeing.
