Our organisation was established in 2015 and is a largely philanthropically funded service delivering evidence-based therapeutic support for young people aged 14-18 with high clinical risk of poor mental health outcomes. Without support, this cohort is at a significantly increased likelihood of school disengagement, encounters with acute mental health services, homelessness, drug and alcohol services, and the justice system.
Your contribution will directly support the creation of a space dedicated to the needs of our young people to support them in flexible ways that remove barriers to their participation, for example, to attend Youth Leadership meetings, interactive driving test simulations, practice job interview skills, or for collaborative care meetings with other services for complex clients.
