The recipient is an Ethiopian man in his 40's currently living in DOH. He shares a communal living space with 3 other people and is experiencing financial hardship and mental health stress. He has 3 children, 2 in the South Brisbane area, and one in Ethiopia. This recipient is trying to move into sustainable housing so that he can have shared custody of his 2 children in Australia, however for the time being is without basic tools to go about his daily life.
