Client became homeless after loosing employment due to a workplace accident. The Client then lost private rental accommodation and commenced living on the streets. The client resided on the streets for approximately 6 months before being accommodated through the Crisis Accommodation Service. With assistance from a Key Worker, the Client has now secured long term affordable and safe accommodation.
