A young mother of seven children, including a new baby born prematurely and needing ongoing medical reviews, has recently moved into stable housing after years of hardship, trauma and family violence. She is doing her best to care for her children, all of whom are healthy, loved and regularly attending health checks. The mother remains strongly engaged with support services and attends all appointments for her children.
The family is experiencing financial stress while settling into their new home, and caring for several young children makes transport and safe sleep space difficult.

Support requested:

Double pram to help the mother safely transport her toddler and newborn to appointments and school drop-offs.
Bassinet to provide a safe sleep space for the newborn during this important stage of growth.


These items will ease the mother’s physical strain and support the family’s stability and well
