Young, disabled First Nations woman requires support establishing her tenancy after years of rough sleeping

This young woman has faced unthinkable adversity, discrimination and trauma in her life, leaving her in crisis accommodation for the most part of these last few years. She has recently found long-term, secure accommodation in a unit in which she is quickly making her home. She is unable to work or study at the moment not only due to her recent experiences of rough sleeping, but also because she suffers from severe and complex physical disabilities and mental health. She is needing some support to get back on her feet and re-connect with her local community. She plans to hopefully soon start studying nursing as her health team have been so integral to her journey thus far.
