A couple and two children who are in public housing. The mother has grown up in a tumultuous home with family and domestic violence, and was couch surfing with various family members before getting secure housing. The family is still in financial hardship and are struggling to buy Christmas gifts for the kids. Before getting housed, the family did not have stable and secure accommodation for a period of more than 5 years.
