To support young women who are experiencing poor mental health we need to establish an office.

Young women in the ACT need help. They are struggling with meeting the challenges of life. They experience anxiety, and stress due to so many different factors (eg DV, alcohol and drug addiction, absent parents). leading to poor life outcomes.
By intervening early we help them to understand who they are, to have a voice and to build confidence and resilience. We do this through mentoring and education. However, we need to establish an office space to hold mentor and mentee gatherings, and education sessions.
Donations will help our organisation give hope to young women in the ACT.
