Isolated lady in her late 50's needing support to find herself post FDV

My client is a woman in her late 50's who has both physical and mental disabilities that hinder her daily functioning in the community, and she cannot work a paid position as she is too unwell. She is fiercely independent and finds it really hard to ask for help but has recently engaged with our program for more support to better her mental health, and ultimately her life. My client struggles to leave her house due to previous FDV and subsequent trauma and therefore feels very isolated in her community, but she does have a beautiful dog who is her "best friend", who keep her company on the daily.
My client is hopeful about her future but knows she needs the support to get back out into the community and find new hobbies and connections that that will benefit her in the long run.
