She is a committed and resilient mother doing everything she can to provide stability for her children. She is currently working in retail in another state, travelling long hours each day to maintain employment and support her family. Unfortunately, her working hours have recently been reduced, significantly impacting her income and placing her under financial strain. She has also experienced ongoing domestic and family violence, including emotional, psychological, verbal, and financial abuse. This abuse continues to affect her wellbeing, as her former partner restricts her ability to communicate with one of her children, causing ongoing emotional distress. Despite these challenges, she remains focused on caring for her children and maintaining a safe and stable home. She is currently behind on rent and struggling to meet essential living costs. Support through GIVIT would provide critical relief during this difficult period and help her continue prioritising her children’s safety.
