Stove/Oven

Family of 5 who have recently been displaced for 4 months while their house was raised above flood level, Both parents have physical injuries that require ongoing hospital attendance. One will continue to have challenges entering and exiting the home now that it has been raised almost ten metres. They are currently living without hot water and cooking facilities, awaiting their gas reconnection which has had some complications. The stove/oven that is currently in the home was fully submerged in flood waters in 2022 and has not been replaced. The family are experiencing financial hardship ongoing since prior to the flood due to the father carrying a sustained work injury leading to a lengthy and ongoing recovery period. A multitude of setbacks of this kind since the flood have continued to see them struggling to fully recover from their experience.
