Young person is 16 years old and resides in a single parent household parent is unemployed, Parent is in active addiction and spends majority of income on alcohol and drugs. Young person has been in care when they were little due to mothers AOD use. There is a current CPFS case open due to physical and emotional abuse from mother. Young person is in desperate need for some new clothing due to parents not providing basic essential items.
