My client is a victim survivor who was evacuated from her home in April this year due to FDV. She was relocated with the help of agencies back to her family in another town and has been sleeping rough between family members homes with her young child. She was a victim of 9 FDV incidents in a short period of 12 months, some were very serious assaults. My client has been on the waiting list for a house for 3 years and has finally secured a home for herself and child.
