This 50 year old indigenous woman has been through a domestic violence situation. Her ex partner is no longer in her life. He broke into her house, the street was blocked off by police while they restrained him inside the house, she is now safe and has been moved to a new safe house. Her ex doesn't know where the family are housed so she knows she is safe but she still sees him around her suburb but avoids him. She is recovering emotionally but still prone to becoming upset very quickly as she is frightened and anxious. This woman is on a DSP due to heart problems so cannot work.
