Significant hardship for Grandmother, impacted by February storms ,renting and trying to cope with full care of Grandchildren

Grandmother is trying to juggle financial expenses with damage to her rental home and items that needed replacement as well as full time care of her grandchildren. They are struggling with high cost of living, car groceries and cannot afford to replace their TV which is damaged. Their car also recently broke down. TV replacement or vouchers to purchase one or groceries would greatly assist and be appreciated.
