Young Man Living Struggling with mental health conditions experiencing housing insecurity & economic hardship in need of help
GIVIT
This young man has been struggling with a multitude of severe mental health conditions for most of his life.
He has not had stable housing for a long period but has a roof over his head at the moment. The bed he is on at the moment is 20+ years old and falling apart.
It is well documented the significant negative impact economic hardship & unstable housing has on one's mental health. Add in long-term mental health conditions and a poor-quality bed, unfortunately this young man has not been able to get a good night's sleep in a long time. Obviously, there is a lot he needs support with, but having a good, sturdy, comfortable bed, would be a huge help for him, and give him one less thing to worry about.
He is looking for a queen mattress to fit his current base & existing linens he already owns. Or if you have a queen bed frame available that is in good condition, he certainly welcomes a donation of that as well.
