Refugee female client living alone and struggling to deal with a bed bug infestation

A refugee female client has been living alone and very social isolated. She has been suffered ongoing headache, strong physical pain and mental health issues. She has history of falling and being sent to hospital. Her mattress has bed bug issues therefore she had thrown them away, and she does not have financial capacity to get another one. She would need someone to donate a mattress. She has Hospital appointment coming up but she has no access to community transport support and no capacity to access public transport with cognitive impairment. She would pay $80 for Taxi (round trip) to attend appointment which has caused the financial distress on her.
