Hi Everyone
I currently supporting my participant who sleep rough for 2 years in her car, she has autoimmune disorder which her current situation affecting her health condition
We are trying to explore alternative accommodation, in the meantime, my participant wish to get second hand iPhone due to all her medical record and contact in her broken Iphone, I believe the phone will help her a lot to engage with health service without start the process from the beginning
My participant only depend on Centrelink as her income and she already have medical debt
I can pick up the phone if it's still Brisbane LGA
