We are an assertive outreach homeless team that supports people experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping in the Perth metropolitan region, including Rockingham and Mandurah.
Working side by side with existing public, private and non-government agencies, our team is dedicated to helping highly vulnerable people with complex needs transition off the streets, into safe accommodation and back on the path to fulfilling, independent lives. We understand the needs of those we support and the barriers they face when becoming homeless or chronically rough sleeping for long periods of time, and we are aiming to assist them to the best of our abilities through sourcing as many materials as we can to allow us to rebuild our clients, create safe and trusting working relationships and empower them to make that crucial step forward to get back on their feet and feel safe and secure in not only a housing option, but in their lives overall. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
