Client is a victim survivor of family violence from ex-husband. Client is from overseas and has to remain in Australia due to their children being court ordered to stay in the country. She is unable to work or access Medicare as she has only been able to get a Bridging Visa. Client is facing increasing debt due to legal fees relating to family court and immigration lawyers. Client is struggling to meet her basic financial needs general and would be grateful for vouchers to assist her to purchase Christmas gifts for her children. Client is an active volunteer and contributing to her local community.
