The Best Beginnings Plus program is designed to support mother's of new babies who are engaged with the department of child protection. These families are often managing complex issues including, family domestic violence, mental health issues, financial hardship and homelessness. We are seeking suitable items to include in Christmas hampers for these families: such as self care items/ toiletries, toys/books, vouchers and non perishable food items. Managing daily life and meeting their children's needs is a struggle, and this time of year can be extremely stressful for our mums. Anything we can provide to brighten the Christmas season would be much appreciated.
