Recipient is legally blind, lives alone and was flooded in 2022. Due to difficulties with getting builders and financing he is only now just getting repairs made to his home to make it more resilient. However, he will need to pay for storage as the builder required the property empty to enable works to be completed. He is also wanting to visit his property on a regular basis, so would appreciate any assistance with fuel costs.
