Single indigenous mother of 3, 2 with disabilities, escaped DV & trying to get life back on track

32yo indigenous female escaped from DV and has been running from her partner for many years. She has a neurological functional disorder, and is seeing a physio for back injuries. She has 3 children, ages 10, 4, and 7, two with a disability, ADHD and ASD. She is living by herself with the children and the home is repeatedly broken into, with items getting stolen all the time.
Partner was harassing her but is currently in jail. She is unsure for how long but she feels much safer. Her ex partner’s family was also harassing her but have stopped because of police involvement. The lady and her children are in counselling as this has deeply traumatised the family. The children wet the bed every night and all have to wear nappies which she is struggling to afford.
Her mother is in hospital and this is a 3 hour drive to see her and she stays in a motel for a couple of days. her mum can she helps out with kids. Any offers of support would be greatly appreciated.
