Our client is a 72yo lady who has been living in a caravan, in significant disrepair for the past 2 years. She experiences extreme financial hardship, which is limiting her ability to attend medical appointments, purchase vital medications and access support services. Our client is socially isolated, unable to drive or access transport for financial reasons. Sadly, this situation has impacted significantly on her mental wellbeing and mood. She experienced a serious cardiac event earlier this year and is unable to attend follow-up appointments. The caravan is requiring repairs, with air con, oven and fridge not working. Facing a hot summer, there are serious concerns for her health and wellbeing. We are seeking financial support with grocery vouchers to ease financial pressure and free up funds for vital medical treatment.
