Vulnerable 59 year Aboriginal woman currently living with niece while waiting for alternative accommodation needing help

Vulnerable woman moved from out of state in May this year due to lack of available housing options after she vacated her private shared rental of 5 years because owner sold the property. She is experiencing economic hardship and looking to re-establish her life in a new environment away from former friends and family with drug and alcohol addictions that has affected her mental health and wellbeing. She's been in the ACT since May currently lives with a niece who has mental health issues. She has mobility issues and uses walking aid. There's no dryer in the property as the last one broke and couldn't afford to replace. Client needs a dryer which she will also take with her once she's found alternative accommodation. She's not eligible to apply for social housing until September this year and she's being supported to find alternative accommodation that can cater for her and her pet dogs.
