A family has been experiencing homelessness since the mid this year, after unexpectedly being evicted of the home they had lived in for 9 years. Since then, they have spent months in crisis accommodation and are now couch surfing at a friends place while trying to keep their life together.

Despite all of this, they have continued to move forward with strength and hope. The mother is 32 weeks pregnant with their second child, while caring for their one-year-old, and they have faced the challenges of homelessness while attending antenatal appointments and searching tirelessly for a safe, stable place to call home again.

The family has finally been approved for a new house — a fresh start they have been longing for. As they prepare to move in, they are in need of support with basic household essentials to help them settle and create a stable, nurturing environment for their growing family.
