I am writing to request assistance for a client who is facing significant challenges. The client is living with cancer and undergoing several treatment options. In addition, she is the primary carer for her elderly mother, who has lupus, and for her grandson, due to her daughter’s mental health issues.
The client previously worked at Woolworths but stopped two years ago due to illness. She now receives a disability pension and has very limited financial resources. As a result, she struggles to pay utility bills and often has to choose between buying medication and other essentials.
Given these circumstances, I am seeking support for groceries and pharmacy needs to help ease the financial pressure and ensure she can meet basic necessities.
