This 63-year-old Aboriginal Man is currently homeless and is struggling with Alcoholism and mental health.
He is currently completing a Detox and will be a part of the AOD residential program.
This Man has no personal items and lives from day to day on the bear minimal, we are hoping to brighten his life for when he gets out of Detox and heads over to his Pod, with a supply of toiletries and some new clothes.

How it's helped before

I am writing to personally thank 'GIVIT' for a generous 'Simply Groceries eGift card' voucher that I was gifted, with $100 worth of essential spending money for my family & I to utilise at our own discretion. I can happily report this donation has assisted the purchase of a basic, solo, wifi security camera, with the excess going toward food for my teenage daughter who is currently taken on responsibilities around our home while I recover in a rehabilitation centre. Thank you for this kind gesture, as it has helped to improve security measures around our home & support my daughter to purchase daily essential items such as groceries, basic hygiene & cleaning products.

Thank you for your generous gesture & much needed support GIVIT.
