While they’ve been supported to obtain the larger household items, they are still in need of the smaller essentials that make a house functional, comfortable and truly feel like home. Support through this request will help them access practical items such as a vacuum cleaner, broom, mop and bucket, washing basket, bin, clothes airer, hangers, iron, bedside table, lamp, radio, chest of drawers, cupboard and curtains or blinds. These simple things will make a huge difference in creating a space that is clean, organised and welcoming - somewhere they can rest safely, maintain their tenancy, and continue building a positive future.
