Awaiting confirmation of MS diagnosis - deteriorating mental health. Husband died 4 yrs ago, teen son struggling.

46yr old female recently discharged from hospital - had left sided weakness and tingling, undergoing investigation for MS. Was previously carer for her husband who passed away 4 years ago. their 13-year-old son has been struggling mentally since this time. He has been seeing a counsellor. shortly after the passing of her husband this lady was sexually assaulted. She attended counselling to help but now her health has deteriorated, she is hoping to get more help from her GP in support of her mental health. This lady has used up all of her leave and sick pay, she does not know if or when she will return to work. An application for jobseeker and disability pension is in progress but this takes time to process. She has a number of bills due and is struggling financially to pay the bills/mortgage and pay for food. If some food vouchers could be donated this would help this family, relieve some of the pressure and help her focus on her health.
