Women needs support to relocate

I am submitting this request on a woman I am currently supporting. She is living in an unsustainable private rental, her rent is more than 80% of her income, leaving her at imminent risk of homelessness.
We have explored housing options throughout Melbourne, but due to our housing crisis have not found anything suitable for her. She also has a number of complex health needs including cancer diagnosis', chronic pain, arthritis and poor mental health. The prospect of rough sleeping has caused further decline in her health.
To ensure she does not end up on the street, she will be moving to a friendly home interstate. We are requesting material aid to support her with her move including fuel vouchers for the drive over and supermarket / grocery vouchers to assist with the costs of this move.
