Thia Aboriginal mother spent many years raising her children while stuck in an abusive relationship before finding the strength and support she needed to escape and rebuild her life. She is currently raising her youngest child while staying in transitional housing waiting for a government house to be allocated. Not one to dwell on the past this lady is enrolled in Tafe and is busy planning a future for herself without violence, she has met all her expenses but unfortunately car repairs have left her with no money before Christmas. She would appreciate some assistance to purchase some small gifts for her son and two small grandchildren as she is financially committed to paying off her car repair debt.
