Grandma caring for grandson needing support

Grandma identifies as indigenous, has sole custody of her grandson (10yrs old). Grandson has diagnoses of ADHD and ASD 2, grandson displays challenging behaviours which can include screaming, swearing, hitting, throwing items occasionally and struggles to regulate.
Grandma has her own health issues that include but not limited to diabetes, chronic asthmatic, atelectasis, obesity, sleep apnea, depression and high blood pressure.
Home environment is at a strain, grandma and grandson share a room in the home, grandma is waiting on a house through the Department of Housing.
Grandma is needing support for her own mental and physical health. GIVIT might be able to provide some items that could have a positive impact on this family.
