17 year old Indigenous boy who is homeless, he has been a ward of the state and now couch surfs with his partner between country WA and Perth. The homes he stays in are often unsuitable affected by overcrowding, drug and alcohol use, run down properties and family domestic violence.
He needs a phone to communicate with his support workers and to apply for work.
