I am submitting this request on behalf of a woman I am supporting who has experienced homelessness for over a decade after leaving a violent relationship. She has been living in short-term crisis accommodation for several years and has no furniture, appliances, or homewares of her own.
Due to mental health challenges, she relies on the pension and cannot work, making it very difficult financially to establish a stable home. Your support in providing essential household items would make a meaningful difference, helping her create a safe and comfortable space to rebuild her life.
