Elderly single man had flood water impact his residence

Elerly man was without power lost food and run short of supplies due to being cut off because of floodwater. Had flood enter his home ruining white goods and furniture, created mould to grown throughout clothes and linen etc. Even lost generator he had set up for power but this was impacted by floodwater also.
