A grandmother is currently preparing to reintegrate back into community. Due to economic hardship, she requires a mobile phone to connect with potential employers, access online government services and keep up with her medical appointments as well as online banking.
In addition, due to ongoing custody case over her grandson, she is very worried that she will lose all contact with her young grandson and therefore needs a way of maintaining connection with her beloved grandson.
