Right now, one of our NDIS recipients is urgently in need of a working refrigerator. Without it, storing fresh food and medications safely is a daily challenge. This simple appliance can mean the difference between stability and stress, health and hardship. The recipient is needing support from the community to maintain a healthy diet and maintain mental health with medications. the participant loves to meal prep to ensure they are getting the most out the nutrients need every day
