This mother of four suffered a serious FDV assault. Two of her children were also victimized by the assault. The client's ex-partner is currently in prison, and he is seeking to sell the family home, rendering the client and children homeless. The client wishes to relocate to live with family interstate. The client is receiving minimal payment from Centrelink due to issues with her ex-partner's tax return. The client is currently trying to save money to relocate and to continue supporting herself and her children on less than $1000 a fortnight.
